The fine print, plainly.

  • —You're billed per endpoint, not per person. An endpoint is a machine running the agent. Console seats (the people who chat, run scripts, and browse knowledge) are unlimited and free. The minimum is 25 endpoints.
  • —The AI is included, with no meter. Your invoice is your endpoint count times the rate. There is no usage line to forecast and no overage to explain.
  • —Models are routed for purpose. Each task goes to the model that suits it — a fast one for routine work, deeper reasoning where the job needs it. You get quicker answers without losing depth on the hard problems.
  • —Enterprise-grade AI, not consumer chatbots. Every request runs through Anthropic's and OpenAI's commercial APIs under commercial terms, not consumer accounts — your data is never used to train models.
  • —MCP adds no charge. Connect Aorka to your own Claude or AI subscription and the model cost stays on your bill, not ours. It is included in the platform fee, not an alternative to it.
  • —Monthly billing, no commitments. Cancel any time. No annual lock-in.
  • —Early pricing. We'll grandfather early customers as this settles. If the shape doesn't quite fit yours, tell us. We'd rather know than guess.
